Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to meet your project timelines:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive professional installations
Free Economy Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for non-urgent orders
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene requirements, these products cannot be returned:
- Opened Repair Kits & Parts packages
- Opened Valve Repair Kits
- Custom-configured AWWA Valves
- Any products showing signs of installation or use
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Product name and SKU/part number
- Quantity and reason for return
- Your contact information
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Return shipping instructions
- Prepaid return label for defective items
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package items with all original materials. Include a copy of your invoice and write the RMA number clearly on the package.
Step 4: Refund Processing
After receipt and inspection (3-5 business days):
- Refund Method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Deductions: Return shipping costs (unless item was defective/incorrect)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow standard return process
- Indicate “Exchange” in your request
- Same-value exchanges ship after return receipt
- Higher-value exchanges require payment of difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged/defective equipment:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange expedited replacement at no cost
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping and customs fees
- Use trackable shipping service
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
