Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your project timelines:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for time-sensitive professional installations

Free Economy Shipping (Orders over $50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Available for non-urgent orders

International Shipping

We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene requirements, these products cannot be returned:

  • Opened Repair Kits & Parts packages
  • Opened Valve Repair Kits
  • Custom-configured AWWA Valves
  • Any products showing signs of installation or use

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product name and SKU/part number
  • Quantity and reason for return
  • Your contact information

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Prepaid return label for defective items

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package items with all original materials. Include a copy of your invoice and write the RMA number clearly on the package.

Step 4: Refund Processing

After receipt and inspection (3-5 business days):

  • Refund Method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Deductions: Return shipping costs (unless item was defective/incorrect)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow standard return process
  • Indicate “Exchange” in your request
  • Same-value exchanges ship after return receipt
  • Higher-value exchanges require payment of difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged/defective equipment:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:
